Excellent location, close to the
Excellent location, close to the airport after a long, long flight. Considering it is so close though I slept soundly and didn't hear a single aeroplane. The staff were very friendly and helpful to a completely jet-lagged customer and the food in the restaurent was very nice.

This is a nice hotel and typical of Novotel. Close to Heathrow, it's a shame they charge for parking. Otherwise I would strongly recommend.

We stayed in a superior room with full breakfast included.It was good value but would take executive deal when staying again. Really liked the open plan lobby area and the indoor swimming pool/outside recreation area.Anothe plus was free internet access for a 15minute block in the lobby area. Staff were friendly and helpful
