Great hotel/great location

Within walking distance, there were a number of good restaurants for dinner and breakfast in all price ranges, as well as stores from department stores to pharmacies. The tube is only four short blocks away but if 4 or 5 are traveling together, taxis are more convenient and cheaper. I would definitely stay at the Churchill again.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel and service were outstanding. The ONLY thing that surprised me was the un-advertised 1 British Pound charge for each local phone call.
