Holiday Inn LONDON - KENSINGTON FORUM

We were in London shoppinga and sightseeing. The hotel was clean, location was perfect and staff very helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

Room ok, outrageous Wifi costs. . bad pub service.

Friendly staff. Excellent location near the Gloucester Road tube station. In a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a twin room, it was small but very clean. The bed was very comfy. We had a problem with our drain. It was taken care of right away. I dropped 1/2 star, because the cooler/ex-mini bar should be replaced with a refridgerator. Also, I didn't care for the blow dryer that you had to hold the button down to keep it running. Not easy when you're trying to style your hair. And the shower ran lukewarm most mornings. It was cold the last morning. These are all minor things and I would still return because of the location. PS Breakfast is not inclued unless you book as a B & B package.

The hotel is located only one block from the Goucester Street metro station, in a quiet neighborhood. Near the station are small shops, a Starbucks and a grocery where one can get fruits, juice and snacks. The hotel provides a small cooler. Breakfast, if not included in the package, costs 12 pounds per person. Coffee in the lobby costs $3.50 a cup. Most tourists have their breakfast outside, and there are many places where one can get a full English breakfast (egg, sausage, bacon, mushroom, baked bean, toast and coffee) for five pounds. The only thing we did not like about the hotel is their high price of internet access. It costs 15 pounds per day. Across the street on Cromwell Road is an internet cafe, which charges 1.80 pounds per hour. Near Leicester Square the cost is only one pound per hour. The hotel is within walking distance to Harrod's and to several museums, including the Vistoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend it to any family.

Palvelu oli erittäin hyvää. Aamupala aika kallis (12 puntaa) mutta oli se myös todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Eli maksaminen kannatti. Huone oli ehkä hieman pieni, sillä matkalaukut täyttivät lattiapinta-alan täysin.

sopivan tyylikäs, siisti ja tosi hyvä sijainti ! aamiainen tyypillisen yksitoikkoinen, ei yllättänyt mitenkään. gluteenittomalla ja laktoosittomalla ruokavaliolla oli aika suppea valikoima ! olisi hyvä olla kaksi hinta vaihtoehtoa, jos ei voi syödä kuin kananmunan , mehun ja kahvin on hinta reilu 12 puntaa aika paha !
