Great location, poor customer service
My flight to London was delayed and I arrived 8 hours later than expected. I had already booked and paid for my stay. Thank GOD I asked a friend to email the hotel and let them know about my flight delay. When I went to check in I was told they had given my room away. I fussed and showed them my prepaid reservations and explained my friend even e-mailed to tell them of my late arrival. They ended up giving me a different room but I was already frazzled from dealing with late plane connections and this just soured my impressions of the staff.

There are many dining locations close by that have better and less expensive food that the hotel! Save yourself some money and explore the area!

Holiday InnCamden Lock
The hotel was good, however breakfast was not included and was very expensive (approx. $20/person). Front desk girl that checked us in did not seem to know what she was doing..other staff did and were definitely more helpful.Not a really auspicious start.

This was a great hotel. The staff
This was a great hotel. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and plenty facilities. Location was also really good. lots of nice restaurant, cafe's and pubs nearby as well as the Camden Markets. Will definitely stay there again.

Right place in the right area
Overall pleasant. I arrived early for check in and there was no room ready, however they made every effort to put me in a room as soon as possible. The staff was very attentive.

The hotel is surrounded by great pubs and restaurants with great food. The neighborhood is very interesting.

Camden Town
Great location for Camden Market (punk rock style) was only a block away lots of shops and food choices. Close to Regents park and the zoo. Your a good 3 miles from the thames so be prepared to cab, walk, bus or underground it if you want to see anything.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Camden but that does of course mean that it is pretty noisy at night, despite the double glazing.

bonne situation bon rapport qualité prix
très bon hôtel nous sommes arrivé avant 14h00 pas de problème pour la prise de la chambre et le jour de notre départ l'hôtel a gardé nos baguages toute la matinée le temps de faire un dernier tour des boutiques. chambre familiale propre et très bien équipée. petit déjeuner copieux choix varié au buffet personnel agréable très bonne situation proche station de métro °camdem town " moins de 5 min à pied quartier dynamique restaurations à proximité de l’hôtel

restaurant asiatique Wagamama uk, service agréable prix abordable plat + boissons pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant 38 livres concept original (très grande tablée) et très propre il faut juste traverser la rue.
