The rooms were very small for the price. We were charged extreme rates for everything including the wifi, and telephone use. The front desk staff was rude with the exception of one person. The breakfast was good as long as you got there early, and
it was walking distance to train station and bus stop. The staff was not very helpful and the prices raised a hundred pounds since we checked in due to the snow storm stranding people in London. Very sad experience.

Rooms are small, but nice. Great central location in the city. Good free breakfast as well, allowing you to get a decent and healthy meal before you set out for the day. For the price it was as expected. I would stay again...
They also have a
small bar in the lobby so you can grab a drink on your way in or out.
