Week Long Stay in London

I spent almost two years in my early twenties living in London so when I came back for a visit with friends, I knew I wanted somewhere that would allow for more flexibility that a traditional hotel. This was exactly what I was looking for! I stayed in a one bedroom open plan room with my partner and it was the perfect amount of space. We saved a ton of money by cooking breakfast and lunch for ourselves instead of eating out for all meals. The location is great and has some excellent bus links nearby including one that goes to the Strand and runs 24 hours. The staff was friendly and let us store our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. The wifi was fast and reliable which is rare for most hotels. My partner and I are going back to London to visit soon and have already booked another Go Native property for our stay. Excellent price and excellent amenities. Great experience overall!

Brilliant apartments and location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at these apartments and it certainly won't be the last. The apartments are well equipped and clean and gives you more freedom and space than a hotel room. The staff are always polite and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that gives you access to the south bank of the Thames then give these a try.

Think Bermondsey!

Ideal location for anyone who wants to be in an area with many excellent restaurants, trendy bars and unique small shops that have amazing items to purchase or just enjoy - even a fashion institute/museum and glass blowing enterprise within walking distance! London Bridge tube station is only a 10-minute walk. BEST of all is the fantastic staff that is present 24-7 for all guests.....they were way more than helpful - they actually cared and did their best to make our stay as ideal as possible. The only downside for us was the living room furniture, that needs replacing for comfort, and the dim lighting fixtures in areas that mattered to us. Reading and shaving were unexpected challenges. We'd stay there again, given the need to return to that area.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Zandra Rhodes' Textile Museum and a working glass blowing studio and its shop are less than a 5-minute walk right on Bermondsey St. We also loved the steak dinners at Constancia Argentine Grill - equally close to the hotel.

Well Done

The stay was extremely comfortable. WiFi great. Only concern is the light in bathroom/shower is on automatic so does cause some bother during the night.

Could have been really good if...

Was good location, easy to find and helpful reception staff. Unfortunately dishwasher didn't work, there was no washing up liquid and the cupboard doors didn't seem to be very well fitted as they kept opening by themselves (onto your head or into your face if you were lucky) and the dvd player ate our dvd. We got it back but only after being told that none of the dvd players work which is why there's a big sticker saying to not put your dvds into the dvd player - except there was no big sticker. Oh and motion activated bathroom lights so no option not to wake everyone up at night and also if you don't move around enough in the shower - the lights go off!
