Better than expected & Awesome location

We loved the hotel. We wished the check-in time was a earlier but it was okay. Love the location. A two minute walk to Waitrose (grocery store), post office, bank, Boots (fancy Walgreens), Tesco (grocery store/international phone card),a tube station and the natural history museum. Staff was nice, although a little stingy with the toilet paper. Had the staff schedule a cab to go to Heathrow only cost 50 pounds with tip. Oh and bring DVDs because the cable system is weird but livable.

Excellent, excellent location

Excellent, excellent location - close to Gloucester Road tube station, Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Musuem, Waitrose, etc. Staff was helpful. I had booked a studio but luckily got upgraded to a 1.5 bedroom suite. It's well maintained, with normal decorations. I'm surprised by some of the negative comments by other guests I've read on other website about the condition of the rooms/suites. Pricing is reasonable - though I booked at the last minute and might have benefited from a good rate as a result. I enjoyed my stay. Very satisfied value-for-money-wise.

Excellent apartments. Good location,

Excellent apartments. Good location, one block from Gloucester St station, which is on the Heathrow line. Half a block from the Natural history museum. Very central, good shops & cafes nearby. Room was a big studio, great kitchenette and bathroom with a bath. Very clean. Loved staying there, will be back.

I have stayed on several occasions

I have stayed on several occasions before at this hotel and generally liked everything about the experience. On this occasion, I was given a lower ground room that smelt very damp/musty which detracted from my visit.

Gute Lage...laute Strasse

Die Lage des Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Underground Station wenige Gehschritte entfert (3 Stationen vom Picadilly Circus).
