A base

Everywhere was very dusty due to work going on in hotel . The beds you could feel every spring don't look under the sheets the bedroom carpets are dirty for two days we had no hot water I had to go to another room which looked as if it was being used by staff for a shower But as a base it was ok the price of the drinks were reasonable not like the local pubs stick to the weatherspoons all in all for cheapness it was ok but needs a staff training to show them how to do cleaning and hospitality properly I am available to train staff at very reasonable prices would I recommend to a friend for a cheap no frills base with no expectations at all I suppose I would if it was a cheap deal

Basic

The room was crowded and with no storage space for any clothing. The sink was blocked, the toilet seat broken, the shower head broken, and the shower outlet blocked. To access the room it seemed as if you were going down into the service areas beneath the hotel, were the standard of decoration was poor

Wrong information now support

I staied there because I wanted a close accomodation for a meeting. The rooms were horrible, small, "overused", and the bathrooms were just something else. There was no hot water. Additionally I phoned in to ask if they have a printer and internet., The confirmed but on arrival it turned out they didn't. Internet was available on a computer, but no printer whatsoever. Horrible stay for one night and next tie i rather take the disadvantage to travel longer for my appointment.

Premier it is not!

The hotel is in need of a much more drastic make-over. We booked the room at the last minute but paid approx the same as a premier inn minus the breakfast. The shower in the room leaked so badly we had to mop up the water after showering. The window was difficult to open, and as there was no air conditioning we did need it open, the roof outside was covered in cigarette butts, obviously smoked in the room. The television aerial had to be hung near the floor and definitely bot walked in front of! We arrived back at approx 11.30pm and had a drink in the bar, 2 glasses of Chateaux sarsons £7.50, the bar girl was polish and as we tried to complain said her shift was finished and left. The continental breakfast comprised of tea/coffee, cereal and toast definitely NOT continental. We would definitely not stay here again.
