Accueil surchargé, temps d'écoute à l'arrivé restreint; un seul employé parlant français le vendredi uniquement ! Dans l'ensemble trop de confusion et de bruit à l'accueil, ce qui empêche le personnel de se concentrer sur les questions posées; Petit déjeuner anglais très bon, mais salle d'accès petite!(faire la queue) Le restaurant : un seul repas le dernier soir( ma viande d'agneau était si dure que je n'ai pas pu la manger !, le personnel de cuisine et le serveur plutôt sympa ( ce sont des sri lankais !) je connais bien l'accueil du Sri Lanka très gentil et serviable, au petit déjeuner (serveuses très douces !) Chambre correcte bruyante,(route passant devant -pourtant j'étais au 4ème étage!) literie propre, S D B : ok Lieu excentré.

Long walk from hotel
Pour aller au centre de Londres, trop loin à pieds, transports en bus bien, mais trop long! d'où perte de temps pour petit Week end (shopping ou visites des sites !)

Accueil désespérant
Si la vie est chère à Londres, le sourire doit être une denrée hors de prix pour le personnel de la réception. Pas une attention, pas une information, et donc pas un sourire de tout le séjour. Les SMS sûrement urgents envoyés par une réceptionniste assise derrière le desk alors que le client souhaiterait avoir quelque information ou commander un taxi sont très énervants!! Quel dommage car cela gâche tout!!

El hotel está muy bien, aunque
El hotel está muy bien, aunque el personal no hablaba nada de español. Nosotros íbamos con nuestro bebé para el que necesitábamos una cuna que nos pusieron sin ropa de cama. Suponían que nosotros traíamos algún edredón para el niño. Al final nos pusieron uno pero era del tamaño de una cama grande. En general la estancia fue muy buena y la situación del hotel es ideal ( a un paseo del Big Ben y justo al lado de un parada de metro)

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Precio muy razonable para la época (Semana Santa), limpieza impecable, habitaciones agradables, buena atención, ubicación excelente, buen desayuno continental incluido.

Hotel in ottima posizione rispetto
Hotel in ottima posizione rispetto al centro e ben servito da bus e metro. Logisticamente ha il solo problema di essere di fronte ad una stazione della Polizia, cosa che implica sentire di tanto in tanto una sirena, anche di notte, ma a noi non ha mai disturbato il sonno. Internamente ha finiture moderne e curate. Le stanze sono ampie, per i parametri inglesi, molto diversi da quelli italiani, e indubbiamente curate e calde. L'assistenza alla reception va dalla totale disponibilità e cordialità alla irritante freddezza, a seconda del personale che si trova di turno in quel momento. La colazione a buffet (a pagamento, occhio!!!) è abbastanza buona e varia.

Hotel muy bien situado a pocos
Hotel muy bien situado a pocos minutos andando de Westminster. Desde luego no es un 4 estrellas pero es una muy buena opción para visitar Londres al estar tan centrico. El desayuno es aceptable. La atención muy normalita y nadie habla español. SU MAYOR INCONVENIENTE es la falta de insonorización que se agrava al existir un hospital próximo por lo que las sirenas suenas a lo largo de toda la noche.
