In a very convenient position,
In a very convenient position, close to Kensington High Street, and I would recommend it to anyone. The underground rail station is just a few minuted away, also the shops and eating places. The staff were helpful and we would stay there on our next visit to London. Alan and Dorothy Colback Jersey.

Good Experience
The room and bathroom were much bigger than what I was expecting. Good location; 5 min. walk to tube station. Very quiet room.

Unbeatable Location...But...
Hotel was well located in the High Street kensington area, short walk to tube and bus stop and shopping areas. Word to the wise: internet costs 20 pounds for 24 hours... THIS IS NOT A TYPO!! Rooms were quite small and service was average; beware of missed wake up calls; get the name of the person who assists you. The concierge will assist you in discount theater tickets.

The Muffin man is a short hop away provides a reasonable breakfast for a good price (3-6 pounds). Specify if you dont want your eggs runny!

Good hotel good price excelent location.
Rooms are ok, standard size and clean, but toilets that very old and not so efficient. Even though I definitely would get back there because the location is fantastic and metro station High Street Kensigton is very close and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Great location and svc for the price.
The location is super. Easy access to the tube,buses, taxi service, shopping, dining, and within walking distance to museums, palaces, parks etc. I am a repeat customer, and this is the place to stay each time I go to London. The hotel is spotless, excellent staff, and the food is very tasty. Excellent conceirge service, and the staff is friendly. I got a great package for 5 nights.
