Great location to Heathrow airport
The Continental Hotel Heathrow was fantastic - very convenient to the underground station and the airport, the staff was very accommodating, and the restaurant was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean. There were even hot cocoa packets and shortbread cookies in the room! I'd definitely recommend the hotel and I'd certainly stay there again.

The staff was helpful telling us about the High Street Shopping along with location. Also reserved a taxi to pick us up at 5:30AM and received personalized wake up call at 4:45AM. Room was hot even though outside temp. was around 62 degrees (F) Had a nice dinner there

The reception staff was terrific; personable, informative and accommodating. The room, however, left very little to be desired. It was a very small space and did not feel very clean (in great need of paint and general overall cleaning).

Great location at an unbeatable price!
I was upgraded to another room when the AC couldn't be turned off. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient in dealing with the problem. I was moved to another room without delay. Thank you so much. You are all doing a great job. Looking forward to my next visit soon.

Short walk from hotel
All shops were central, just a short walk from the hotel. Very short walk to train station as well, great location.

Very happy with the room and service.
Very happy with the room and service. The only disappointments were being three flights up when the lift was broken and being told the car park would have cost £15 especially when we could park on the street for free.
