Perfection in a place to stay
home away from home, in the perfect location! situated between two underground stations (embankment and charing cross) makes traveling easy, but also you can walk to dozens of local tourist highlights within minutes! (trafalgar square <1 min; london eye <5 min; big ben <5 min; westminster abbey <7 min; buckingham palace <15 min etc) the rooms are the perfect size for those who are gone most of the day and just come home to relax in the evening. the rooms are clean and modern and very functional. daily housekeeping and towel/sheet service makes each night better when crawling into the comfortable bed. there is a 24 hour convenience/grocery store just 2 blocks away so travelers can fill their mini fridges with food and beverages! *No outlets in bathroom for curling irons/straighteners but there is an installed hair dryer I would highly recommend this hotel and I would return for future visits!

Citymapper APP on iPhones for London travel... underground, busses, taxi, walking... it tells you how far, how much it will cost, when the transportation arrives, how long it will take to get somewhere, and offers maps for those who choose to walk! this APP saved me while i was there, and its either free or 99c (cant remember)

Great location...great place to stay!
We enjoyed at Citadines Prestige just off Trafalgar Square. It was our first time to London and was conveniently located to many of the sights we wanted to visit while there. The room was extremely comfortable and provided us with a quiet, restful place after our busy days of sightseeing. The hotel is also very close to the Embankment Tube station. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel!

We had a great experience at this location. The reservation for the type of accomodations was not correct from what I orignially booked vs what the Citadines had. However, the Citadines honored the original reservation and was very accomodating. The location was perfect right in the center of London close to all and the facility was perfect. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Perfect for what I needed
The room was quiet clean and roomy. The location was perfect as I was there for business but the really nice thing was how clean and big the room was. I was in town for 4 days on business and needed a good strong internet connection which the room had (free of charge) and loved that I didn't feel cramped in a tiny tiny room. The lobby had free coffee and plenty of room to relax if you had people come to meet you at your hotel. I thought it was a very clean beautiful design that was just nice. It's not a hip, party hotel where you want to party in the lobby but that's exactly why I loved it, it wasn't that and it was quiet and peaceful for me to relax at the end of the day.
