Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Olimme varanneet yhden vuodesohvallisen huonen 4 hlölle. Vastaanotosta meille tarjottiin ilman lisäkustannuksia kahta vierekkäistä erillistä huonetta, oma aikuisille ja oma teineille. Loistavaa palvelua. Huoneissa olevan keittiön varustetaso oli loistava, kaikki keittiötarvikkeet erinomaisessa kunnossa ja keittiössä tarjolla kaikki pesuaineet, kuten myös kylpyhuoneessa. Hotellissa oli tarjolla koko päivän ilmaiseksi erilaisia kahveja sekä kaakaota. Vastaanotosta saimme huoneen ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaa ja lähtiessä he ottivat laukut säilytykseen ennen kotimatkamme alkua. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, metroasemat olivat vieressä kävellen pääsi joka paikkaan, musikaaleihin, illalliselle sekä jopa Oxford streetille. Huone oli kooltaan reilu ei pieni kuten yleensä normi brittihotellien huoneet. Voin lämpimästi suositella!

Très bon hôtel
Super hôtel, très bon emplacement, chambre très propre à notre arrivée, personnel agréable et disponible. Chambre calme. Petit déjeuner pas mal mais pourrait être amélioré.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel
Das Hotel liegt super zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. U-Bahn-Station 1 Min. entfernt. Ausstattung Zimmer gut. 1 separates Elternschlafzimmer mit Fernseher, 1 Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, 1 kleine Küche mit allem Material ist vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur englisches Fernsehen. Das ist aber der einzige Negativpunkt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolles Hotel direkt im Zentrum
Tolles Hotel mit viel Comfort und Annehmlichkeiten. Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber extrem überteuert!!!

Perfektes hotel für einen städtetrip
Super Lage! Big ben, london eye und buckingham palace zu fuss in ca.15minuten zu erreichen. Nahe u-bahn station! Das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir konnten das musical und andere eintritte direkt vom hotel aus buchen. Die zimmer sind sauber und sogar mit einer küche und küchengeräten ausgestattet!

Tolle Lage
unser Aufenthalt war toll. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen und bietet eine super Ausstattung. Es war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir sind zufrieden.

Simplement PARFAIT
L'hôtel est BEAU, design et confortable. La chambre est belle, grande, confortable, la literie au top, design, franchement trop bien, c'est magique. Je suis assez maniaque quant à la propreté, et là rien à redire, on a pas peur de prendre une douche. Tout est parfait, le lobby, on se croit dans le salon d'un ami architecte d'intérieur !!! Aussi, on apprécie le café gratuit toute la journée !! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est IDEAL !!! à 1 minutes à pieds de la Tamise !!!! C'était un cadeau pour les 40 ans de mon mari : j'ai fait mouche ! Bravo

sehr zu empfehlen
Der Aufenthalt im Citadines war sehr angenehm, das Zimmer sehr schön, sauber, modern und gross und in der kleinen Küche alles wichtige vorhanden. Schöner Aufenthaltsbereich im Eingang mit gratis Kaffeebar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Fenster kann man nur leider nicht selber öffnen im Zimmer (Schlüssel), respektive nur die Innenfenster, nicht die äusseren.
