Great access to Subway
Clean, well kept hotel with great location for subway access and plenty of stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Small but decent gym equipped with limited dumbbells.

Wonderfully pleasant birthday stay
I found the hotel staff always pleasant and very helpful with any questions I had. Although the room's view was the back of buildings (I am a light sleeper, so I asked for something away from elevators), the room got plenty of sunlight which made it cheerful. I was staying at Citadines while celebrating my birthday. To acknowledge my birthday, I was presented with a lovely box of chocolates and a wonderful bottle of wine. I found this an especially nice touch. Would definitely stay at Citadines again. It also helps that the hotel is centrally located to transportation or if you enjoy walking, almost everything is reachable by foot.

The nearest underground is 2 short blocks away. A day pass for the underground is a good buy. But, an Oyster card is better if you have a longer stay. Ask staff for suggestions about nearby dining. Since this is an apartment hotel, eating in is money saving and take away food shops and a grocery store are nearby.

Convenient stay in the heart of London
A very good place to stay that is very close to all that central London has to offer. Close to Holborn tube station and connections makes it an easy departure point for a city visit. The rooms are a bit spare, and the hotel a bit noisy, but comfortable. There are numerous supermarkets and food shops nearby if you want to make your meals in the small kitchenette. Nice workout space off lobby and breakfast is offered, but overpriced for the offerings.

graet value for the money
The location of the hotel is perfect, a short block from the Holborn Tube station (which is on the Piccaddily line, direct to Heathrow). The room is small but has a kitchenette, which is very convenient for longer stays. While the hotel was recently renovated, I would rate it as 3 1/2 stars rather than 4. All in all, we had a good time there.

Family adventure to England and France
We were just so pleased with the hotel and the staff. They went out of their way to make sure my entire family had a wonderful experience on vacation and a great home to come to at night after a long day of exploring new sites and adventures. The hotel was in such a great location which made it so nice to get everywhere we wanted to go early in the morning by bus before the tube opened or by bus or just walking. Really great staff and very helpful and truely wanted us to have a great experience.

Short walk from hotel
The tube does not open @ 5:00 am like you would think it does. We had to take a bus quickly to get to our train station for a day long trip. But there was a lot of buses available to jump on.

Great location, decent hotel
Nicely appointed room. The free and fast wi-fi is a welcome amenity. Lighting in the room was a bit dim - I approve of the energy-saving bulbs, but even when fully lit it was a bit dark. The location - just around the corner from Holborn tube - is fantastic for lots of central London.

Great location, clean and comfy!
I loved it here - you can't beat the location of course - right by the British Museum and in the heart of London - Soho area. The staff was great, there is free wifi, the room is cozy, clean and has kitchens. There are so many things nearby. The hallway on my floor (4th floor) smelled really bad, other than that, the room was very clean, shower was great. There is a gym too. It was also very quiet which is nice. A little on the pricey side, but for the location, I guess you get what you pay for.

Great location
easy access to the tube station across the street. Access to major buses, and a short walk to covenant garden, a fun area to spend the day. Two great grocery stores across the street and down the block, allowed us to have fine breakfast fare in our room. Nice to have a small kitchen and large bathroom in the unit with ample space to move around in the efficiency unit. We has a quiet courtyard facing unit. The desk people were very helpful with our booking of a day trip for us.
