Fabulous mini break

Would recommend Tue, Nov 3, 2015
This is a great hotel in a great location. The room is around the size and with all the amenities that you would expect from a good hotel chain. The little kitchen with associated amenities is an extra bonus on top of that. It turned out to be so convenient after shopping and before the theatre. My only very small suggestion for improvement is that it was quite difficult to dry your hair because of the location of sockets and also the fact that the was no light in the corridor where the mirror was situated. However, we really loved our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it. You really will not get a better deal for such a great location - especially for theatre breaks.

Perfect location for shopping & show

Would recommend Thu, Oct 22, 2015
Stayed here with my sister last weekend 17-19 Oct. I have to say top marks for location, amenities etc. We stayed in a studio apartment and we had ample space for 2 people. The kitchen area is so cute and has everything you need in a small compact space. Right on your doorstep you have any choice of cafe's, bistros and fast-food outlets to eat if you don't fancy the self-catering option. Just up the street you have a large Sainsburys where you can buy your supplies if you chose to dine in the apartment. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip and feel it's the best value for money accommodation we've found for London City, considering the location. Thumbs up from us!!

London Spring trip

Would recommend Tue, Jul 7, 2015
The hotel was very well located and very comfortable. I had to work a full day in the room, and had everything I needed right there. There was a small kitchen supplied with the basics for cooking small meals. Room was clean and modern. There was no room service because I stayed less than four days, but otherwise it was pretty convenient.

Wonderful trip to visit my daughter studying abroad in London

Would recommend Fri, Apr 10, 2015
The suite was great for four of us. It is located right by the Holden tube stop on the Picadilly Line which runs from Heathrow. We walked to a play in the theater district. Near many restuarants.

A very good hotel at a good price

Would recommend Thu, Mar 26, 2015
I have nothing but positives to say about this very well presented hotel, within easy walking distance of the theatre district and Covent Garden. The room was decorated in a modern way and the majority of staff were efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Great location and value

Would recommend Mon, Feb 9, 2015
I stayed 3 nights with my 2 children. At first I was disappointed because the room didn't match the picture on the website obviously the newest, best rooms are pictured). The decor in the standard room is pretty bleak, but somehow still cozy. Be aware that while there is a separate bedroom - to sleep more than 2 people means someone is on the pull-out sofa in the living room area, which is actually just a mattress on the floor next to the sofa which is kind of dingy. The walls are very thin - you can hear everything in the next room and every time a door shuts in the hallways it sounds like someone is breaking in. You can smell everything people are cooking in their kitchenettes which can be nice or nasty, depending. The location is perfect - close to tube, Covent Garden, etc. Overall it met our needs, but it was not as elegant as I was led to believe from the website.

Good location - close to all facilities & underground

Would recommend Sun, Jan 25, 2015
In January 2015 I stayed at Citadines for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is overall bright and cheery. The room was clean but the wooden floor was sticky. The safe was placed very high at eye level - which made it very difficult to access. The room was located on one of the lower floors - there was an office directly opposite so the curtains had to be drawn all day.

Wonderful business trip stay

Would recommend Sun, Jan 18, 2015
I would most certainly recommend to my colleagues. First trip to London for business and the rooms are quiet roomy for European standards with a kitchenette. Not an impressive view as my view was of an office building. But it was an overall nice stay.
