Conveniently located
This hotel was in a great location. Only half a bllock away from the circle, district, and picadilly lines. The room and the hotel were very clean and recently updated. The staff was very nice and helpfull too. The price to was a little high for not including breakfast. All in all we would stay there again.

Tight Living
The hotel is miniaturized, functional with no restaurant facilities. Although not briefed I believe there were sandwiches, tea and scones available in the bar on the Sunday we were there. The breakfast facility was comprehensive and of good standard. The room was small with the bathroom door impeded from opening fully by the bed. The staff were very helpful. Lastly I expected the room to be better as when booking I paid extra for an upgrade. We would stay again

Just Right
If your plans include little time spent in the room and much time spent out and about, this is the place for you. Close to underground station, Starbucks, pubs and foodmarket. Though the room was small (I guess this is typical of Europe), it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful.

My Return to London
The hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, the WIFI was a god send, and the room/bathroom were both exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again. Very satisfied with my stay. The bed was a little stiff, but other then that no complaints here.

Makes London fun and easy
This the second year in a row staying here. The Gloucester rd metro station makes it easy. From airport right to Cromwell hotel! Use the metro or regular bus or hop on& off buses to get around town....Rooms have modern look....We even got to in same room from last...Thanks to the freindly staff.....Good place to stay....

Bad experience about upgrading
They charged me extra £20 per day for 7 days, I got the room with no hot water after 10 pm every day for 7 days.our same group one floor above me same room no extra.the view was zero as cold air drifting into the room, they had to offer small heater, we had to blocked all curtains to keep room teperature. Worst, they did not tell you the charge upfront as they said,( we was told no extra charge or we will ask for change room)instead, charge forcebly at time we check out, as they know you can not missing the fly. Very bad business model,hoarding customer for profit.

Basic overrated hotel
This is not a 4 star hotel! Positives: location for the tube is excellent, breakfast was good if not a little repetitive, and the staff were very polite, The negatives: made to charge £50 to my card incase I used the bar tab (which i had no intention of doing) very cold room remedied by leaving the heating on all day for our return, quilt cover was a little better than a thin blanket, and the bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The room was tiny, space only to sleep and a couple of the light bulbs did not work. Maid service was poor, bed unmade other than by myself for three days, this hotel should be reclassified as a 3 star and it would be acceptable.

Location and Staff are perfect. rooms are clean but too small, the only worst thing in the hotel is WiFi not possible to connect in the rooms only in the Lobby but it is also poor.
