Traditional, basic hotel situated in a quiet yet central area. This hotel is 100% non-smoking. (08/08RP) The building is traditional Victorian town house. Situated in a quiet residential square, the hotel is a five minutes walk from Bayswater Road and Bayswater and Queensway underground stations.

The rooms at the front of the hotel offer attractive views over the square and the basement rooms are slightly larger. The bathrooms are in fair condition, all with showers and some with baths.
