Hotel staff, very friendly, great restaurant, bed was too soft. Location of hotel is one disadvantage if visiting London. Hotel is not near the town of London, took cab from St. Pancras to hotel, over 50 pounds. Took cab to train, train to Charing Cross on visits to London.
