When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, we were presented with a room 220 that had no bedding and had waster built up in the bathroom sink. As I arrived later than my friend she had told me to let the receptionist know when I arrived. The
receptionist ryan assured me it had been checked so would have bedding. He came with me in the lift to check and was shocked to find we were without bedding as the room had been checked prior to our arrival. Ryan came back with bedding for us. I also mentioned that there was something wrong with the bathroom sink, he went into the bathroom and was disgusted with the bathroom sink. Ryan then went out of the room and then came back and told us he was moving us to another room. Ryan said the only thing wrong with the room was it had a double and a single which we assured him wasn't a problem. We were so pleased with the room 213 we were moved to. It was a lot nicer and more comfortable than 220 and more importantly had bedding and no dodgy sink!!. We were staying to see the lion king at the empire and the hotel was a perfect location. We were so grateful for Ryan's help he Really turned our first impression from a bad one to a good one with his customer service. Thank you ryan for making our experience much better.
