Disappointing standard of accommodation
I was disapppointed as Travelodges I have stayed at previously have been excellent. Staff at the Liverpool Central hotel were friendly and helpful but my room was grubby and in desperate need of decorating and general updating. The bed was very lumpy and worn out, the net curtains torn and the carpet stained.

There is a lovely cafe a few doors away from the hotel, great for breakfast or snack meals, bagels are their speciality. Very reasonable prices too.

staff not informative or helpful regarding parking. Doors banging all night. did not get a good sleep as had to make sure i was up at 7am to make sure the parking meter was fed at 7.30am. could not rest thinking i might sleep in and get a parking fine. Shower was dirty and leaking from the side wetting the floor even more. picture when i booked showed a bath but got a dirty shower.
