- STANDARD - APARTMENT
- Apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment sleeps 3 people. In addition to the facilities already listed (see below) there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Please note ID is required at check in (i.e. a valid passport or driver's license). Please note we operate a strict non-smoking policy and do not allow our apartments as a base for parties. There is a 2 night minimum stay at weekends.Room Facilities: Shower, Bath, TV, Toilet, Bathroom, Heating, Cable TV, Tea/Coffee Maker, Hairdryer, Iron, Refrigerator, Ironing Facilities, DVD Player, Microwave, Washing Machine, Kitchen

good stay, not very good after service
I had a very nice stay at the hotel, however my security deposit is going to take 7-10 days to be back in my bank account, and also before I arrived i wasn't aware there was to be a security deposit taken from me. I now have to wait all that time to have money, as I am a student and that was all I had.

Just right for what we needed

Short stay
Free room upgrade and early check in when you sign up for the reward program. Room is small but it's London. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem
This place was so nice we stayed an extra day. Me and a friend are traveling UK cities.The hotel is very close to everything. Shopping is across the street and everything else is a short 15 minute walk away. By everything we mean shopping (2 minutes), Nightlife (5 min), Museum/art (15 minutes), Coach (12 minutes), other entertainment /dining (5-10 minutes).The apartment was cozy and had everything needed in an Apartment. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place close to the city center. Internet was available and worked well. All apartment areas were clean. I enjoyed having the extra space without the extra cost (many UK hotels rooms are small).

Noise in the area due to night
Noise in the area due to night life unbearable. Apartment full of people just partying for the weekend. Charged twice for the room and raised this with the xxxxx and still awaiting to be reviewed. Overall a very regretful place to stay
