Ok location - great hotel
only stayed this far out of the city center as got a fantastic deal.Although the hotel is quite far out of Liverpool, it would be handy if you were going to the airport; it is still great quality and has great rooms and the quality is great. the front desk is quite chaotic and abit run down but staff fairly friendly

Only Okay
The hotel websites states that there is a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, when I called the hotel from their curtesy phone at the airport, the receptionist told us to catch a black cab outside and they would take us to the hotel. Got a cab outside and to say the least the cab driver was not a bit happy about the short distance but you would be unable to walk it as there is no footpaths. Anyway got to the hotel with the receipt of the cab journey, gave it to the receptionist thinking we would be reimbursed and was informaed that no they don't offer the shuttle service anymore. Anyway checked into our room which is very dated, especially the bathroom and did not smell very fresh. Bed is small for hotel standard as is room, pillows are too big was unable to sleep on them as both of us had a crick in our necks from them. Staff are very friendy as are the people of liverpool. Hotel is suitable if staying for one night only and need to get to the airport early the following morning otherwise would suggest staying in Liverpool City. Took in a match whilst there, which was brilliant, restaurants in the City were lovely, transport is brilliant and reliable

Very popular hotel. So much so that the maintenance was not kept in check on this ocassion. The air conditioning was not working, the caffee facilities was not adequate for 2 persons (as booked). I can only assume that this was isolated but nevertheless, it was my experience on the visit i made.

Takes about six/ seven minutes
Takes about six/ seven minutes on the courtesy coach to airport. Very good rooms. No noise. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Numerous complaints. Kettle
Numerous complaints. Kettle missing from room, Internet connection box not working, trouser press broken, no message note pad or pen available, drawers not cleaned and dirty with left over items in. NOt a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.
