HI, I would like to make a serious complaint for a booking I had completed for my parents to stay at the days inn on the 6th September 2014. I had booked & paid a room for them and when arrived at the hotel they were told there was no booking and
had to wait for one hour at reception. After waiting for one hour was told all the rooms not available and was given the meeting room to sleep in even though a double room was confirmed at my booking after paying. This is completely unacceptable and I want a full refund
We had a comfortable stay here, would use again. It was in a perfect location to where we were heading, the facilities and local amenities were great. Everything we needed was to hand. I would definitely use again.
I was in a back room after working late. I turned in just before 4 am.
All I could do was wait for morning listening to the lorries revving up outside my room. Got up just after 8 am and went back to work.
Didn't feel like I would want to stay
