This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money. It is modern and yet basic, and ideal for single travellers, couple travellers or groups who want to stay in single or double rooms only. There is also a fabulous leisure club and pool within the complex. ****** IF A TWIN / TRIPLE ROOM IS REQUIRED, PLEASE JUST BOOK 2 / 3 SINGLE ROOMS (WHICH WILL BE PLACED NEAR EACH OTHER) AS THEY ARE ALL CHARGED AT THE SAME PRICE*********THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN****** (GW 07/2008) This is a large purpose built state of the art modern apartment complex which opened only a couple of years ago. Located just off the A58 (M) and A65 very close to the heart of the city and offering super access for those looking to enjoy the nightlife of Leeds. It is also nearby to Leeds University.

Guest Rooms
Modern Single and Double en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other rooms in the apartment (Between 3-6 rooms depending on size of apartment).

There is no such restaurant. Rooms are in self catering apartments, however Continental Breakfasts (if supplement paid on booking) are boxed and left in the fridge for clients prior to check-in. There is a Common Room with comfortable couches and all Sky TV channels, a pool table and a table tennis table. There is also an on-site gym with sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Good location- great price

The accomodation was basic but clean and towels and sheets were provided. Room had ensuite. I had read a review that there was no toilet roll or soap - so I took both just incase luckily, as there was no soap when we got there. It was a ten minute walk to leeds station and easy to find. Would stay again.

Opal 1 & 2 Leeds

Good location in Leeds and cheap, clean sheets and towels but no toilet paper, no soap! It is used as a halls of residence in term time so that should give you an idea of what to expect. Staff were friendly but I arrived late and the security staff didn't really know what to do with the paperwork and were based in a different building, so once in my room I didn't fancy walking back round outside to ask for soap and loo paper - thank goodness I had some with me.
