The hotel staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable.We had booked the buffet breakfast and we were not disappointed. The exterior of the hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment but dont be put off as the inside of the hotel is modern and comfortable. We will be back again.

Perfect for an overnight stay
We had to stay in Inverness overnight and we got a great rate at this hotel. We didn't make a great use of the facilities but we noticed the onsite leisure facilities including a beauty salon, and its own restaurant. Hotel staff were very welcoming and the hotel itself was spotless inside as was our bedroom - its just a pity that the outside of the hotel is a bit shabby. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the A9 and not too far from the town centre - though I would say its a bit too far to walk - but we did notice plenty of taxis coming and going so don't let that put you off.

The hotel is a short (2 minute) drive from Inverness Retail park which has a range of shops and a cinema as well as a couple of fast food chain eateries.

Good location
Very good experience. this is my 2nd visit and very pleased with service and really helpful staff at reception. Room Rate very good but Breakfast a litle expensive. Shuttle bus to town would be handy.

Following need to be addressed
1. Heating was not working and the room seemed to be very cold. 2. The light in the toilet ceiling was not wroking 3. There were two scarry patches on the duvet even after requesting for change all they could do is put a cover over it I feelt squimeeshed errrrr!
