This hotel is not 5 star. It is tired and dated.
Whilst the entrance looks good, once beyond that the hotel is really dire.
I would say thatthe hotel was worth what wem paid through e bookers but definately not at the normal price
Nice mid-week break; lovely setting (had a sea view); good health club; breakfast fine; staff friendly.
One drawback, though: our window sill was covered in pigeon droppings, and they roosted there at night. Just needs some plastic spike
deterrent. (Don't wish to harm the pigeons!)
Overall had a good stay the hotel has a great position overlooking the sea and golf course, did find the hotel restaurant and wine a little pricy and the spa Jacuzzi area is in need of re painting, we stayed in room 327 with nice sea view the only
down side was a large amount of pigeons nesting on our window sill covering it with mess! This spoiling the view from window, I do think the management should place spiky edging on the window sills in this area, would return to this hotel but would avoid room 327.
