I would not suggest you let this put you off, however having the receptionist shout "don't come back" to a quest whilst he has several other guests watching is not good.
We also had an issue with the same receptionist when we asked for a taxi to
be booked, he was rather standoffish to the point of being rude.
The hotel itself is nice enough for the price paid.
There is a sign in the bathroom offering to bring to you "anything you have forgotten" however when we asked for iron to be brought to our room, we were told we had to go to reception to collect!
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
Mushtaqs Indian Restaurant, the food was great. It was only a short taxi journey from the hotel, definitely worth a visit.
