Staff at reception most welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately Wi-Fi did not work from room and had to go down to reception to access. Felt the paintwork in corridor leading to room was in need of freshening up. Carpet in room had tear making it
unsightly. Dining room clean and airy with food and staff in attendance, both very nice.
Stairs may make un-accessible for less fit visitors.
