Less than I expected
The room was fine although there was no coffee pot to which we are accustom. We asked for a wake-up call which never happened. The bar/restaurant was very poorly staffed. The bartender splashed coke all over my wife's back and never even apologized. The shuttle to the airport, for which we paid, was 15 minutes late. We expected more from a Ramada than that.

Very friendly staff
I had some difficulties with a broken TV/internet cable and couldn't figure out how to close the window. The front desk had someone up to my room toa sssit withinin 5 minutes both times. The room service food quality and selection were outstanding. I would recommend this place for the room service food alone!

Airport hotel
The hotel is quite close to the airport and the shuttle which is not free operated frequently and provided excellent service. The hotel itslef seems a bit cheap. There is no in room wifi. The hotel charges for internet connection, except in the lounge. All the lights in the room did not work especially the one on the desk and in the shower. We also had to search for the second bath towel. This is not a great value except for location.

Handy to the airport for early
Handy to the airport for early or late flights, with a shuttle at cost. Was a bit difficult to find as Tom did not register the address.

Best of times, Worst of times
The staff were friendly, the location was ideal, and the room was lovely. Unfortunately, the only on-site restaurant had booked a function that made them unable to serve food to those staying at the hotel. The only options for me - a very tired traveler - were to go into town (defeats the purpose of choosing an airport hotel) or starve. Exhaustion trumped hunger, so I starved. Very poor experience in an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Dining tip:
In Hotel
The hotel only offers one dining option - Bagio's - and they may not be able to serve food to hotel customers. Be sure that you do not depend on the hotel for meal options.

Nice Hotel, No Food Options
The hotel was nice and clean, however, the lack of food options was frustrating. I arrived shortly after two pm and hadn't eaten since breakfast. I did not have transportation and the restaurant was closed until six pm. They list that they have "soup and sandwiches" which are supposed to be available for all day dining, however they were not. There is no vending in the hotel and no close options to eat. I am pregnant and needed to eat but could not do so until six pm which made me nauseated (I was not able to eat for ten hours due to this). When I booked the hotel I ensured it had roomservice and it incorrectly states it is available 24 hours. Other than that issue, the room was fine and easy to get to the airport in the morning with the free shuttle service. Also, there was no noise in the room due to planes or traffic. It is a nice choice to stay for a last night in Glasgow if you want to ensure that you are going to make your flight (mine left at 5:55am).
