Th hotel is situated in a residential area, close to an extensive choice of branded shops and restaurants. There is also a 24 hour superstore for those forgotten items. Leisure facilities: Situated on the ground floor is an up-to-date fitness room with a range of cardio vascular equipment. This facility is free to guests. Concierge park: Located by the hotel's main entrance on the ground floor offering 24 hour service for porterage, luggage store, car hire, taxi bookings and general information. Business services: The concierge or reception desk will be happy to help with basic business services. Conferences and meetings: Located on the first floor are four self-contained meeting rooms with natural daylight and a general lobby area. These rooms are ideal for conferences, product launches or training. The largest of the rooms can seat up to 120 delegates theatre style. There are also six syndicate rooms which can seat up to 10 delegates in a boardroom style. Parking: The parking facility is operated by a barrier syatem. The charge is 6 Euros per 24 hours for hotel residents. Thrifty car rental: An excellent independentlyoperated service to offer you and your company needs, as Thrifty is a small privately owned franchise. decent hotel for the price

u can feel the springs inside the bed when you lie down. but it gets the job done.

Convenient Overnight Stay

The staff were quite helpful, although we had to wait awhile to be checked in. The room had up-to-date amenities and very clean. This hotel is NOT close to Heathrow airport. The concierge was knowledgable and helpful.

St. Giles Feltham

Overall for the price it was not too bad, the hotel was outdated, the beds were old, the food decent, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Another plus to this location was it was located close to a train station and several bus stops, taking about 20 minutes to get into London.

Vacation

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. It was close to Heathrow for our flight home. Overall, a good experience.

Take a taxi to Heathrow. It's a bit pricey (19 GBP), but it sure beats dragging luggage on the bus.

No wi-fi, no A/C, no fitted sheets.

The only positive is that there were no bedbugs! Here's the deal. It's cheap. But it's not even the cheapest. The restaurant looked absolutely atrocious. We had to call the desk to get a window opened because the air conditioning didn't work and the room was stuffy when we arrived. It even took the staff around 30 min to come open the window. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, which is the worst thing about the place. However, after we complained about the A/C not working they gave us a free night of Wi-Fi. That was a plus, but it seems like a fair trade if they must charge for internet, I guess. They wouldn't print me a receipt, which I found most disturbing. All in all we slept for a few hours in an ugly, stuffy room. No airport hotels are great, but this one was pretty much below average.

Take the local bus to the airport, but make sure you have money on an Oyster card because it's a pound cheaper than giving cash to the driver.

Can't Ask For Better

I have to say that I was HIGHLY disappointed with this website upon my arrival to this hotel. The credit card information that this website had supplied to the hotel came back declined, not only once but twice with different credit card numbers. The staff worked with me and gave me a room while they contacted this website again and finally recieved a good credit card number. All of the staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation with this website. They were all very knowledgable about where places were for dining, site seeing, and amusement. The directions they gave me any one could have followed they were very precise and accurate. The rooms were extremely well taken care of and you could tell the staff took pride in their work by the way the hotel was kept clean. Thanks to all of the staff again for the help and hospitality that you should me during my stay. Keep up the Excellent work, and I will see you all again shortly.

Decent Room

The room was decent and good if your there for a short stay, 2 nights at the most. Nothing very special about it, just close to the airport.

Stay Away From This Hotel

Don't like this hotel at all. Room carpet is dirty. Mattress is broken. Bathroom accessories are out-of-date. Vending machine at my floor was broken. The staff seemed not willing to answer questions. You got what you paid for. The only good thing about this hotel is the city bus to Heathrow airport's terminal 1,2 & 3 is just a block away from the hotel. This is the most economical way to get to the airport.

Easily accessible. Frequent bus

Easily accessible. Frequent bus services to/from LHR. BR train station just across the road. Value for money, comfortable accommodation.

I have stayed at the same hotel

I have stayed at the same hotel atleast three to four times before during my business visits to UK.The rate offered used to be always including breakfast;but this time it was for 'Room Only' which was quite disappointing. Another thing I noticed was that they have stopped Pay TV facility now. On the whole there is nothing great to share about my stay there this time.
