Whether your visit is for business or pleasure hotel has a superb selection of one, two and three bedroom self-catering apartments to suit your needs. Providing a genuine home from home all apartments are fully furnished with TVs, sofas, fully-equipped kitchens, dining areas, spacious bedrooms and more.
Hotel offer a selection of 21 one bedroom (sleeps 3) and 9 two bedroom (sleeps 5) self catering apartments, which come fully furnished with bed linen and towels also provided. All apartments also come with fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, microwave oven, TV/DVD players and lounge/dining area.
The apartments are very centrally located in Edinburgh City Center, just 12 mins walk from The Castle and 10 mins walk from Princess Street.
If you intend to travel to hotel apartments by car why not leave it in hotel secure Car Park located on site while you explore Edinburgh?
Hotel has spaces available at 12 per day. Please reserve your space at the time of booking (subject to availability). Edinburgh's West End is to the West of the Princes Street and Lothian Road intersection. Its central location means that the area has many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as Victorian residential streets. Lothian Road hosts the Usher Hall, The Edinburgh Film-house, the Royal Lyceum and the Traverse Theater.

Convenient to train, bus, grocery, and restaurants
Having a full kitchen as well as washer/dryer meant not having to go out for all of our meals or using a coin laundry. We were within walking distance of the Edinburgh Castle as well as the Royal Mile. We bought daily bus passes and used the WiFi at the complex to get bus as well as train schedules. Bus stops were right outside the apartments. We bought a train pass before we left the U.S. and it took about 10 minutes to get from the apartment to Haymarket Station. The apartment was clean and everything new and modern.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
The castle and Royal Mile are about 15 minutes walk, but Edinburgh is not very flat and you will be walking uphill for part of that distance. If you go to the Royal Yacht Britannia, it is right at a shopping mall and the buses that stop outside the apartments go to Ocean Terminal.

We have been to many place, and honestly I can not think about any critics. The only thing I see that could be improved is explaining / displaying where the reception desk is located : once in front of the appartment, you can get a bit confused.

Haymarket pub. Typical Scottish pub with a traditional cuisine. Staff is efficient, smily and dedicated to your well being.
