Each studio apartment comes equipped with kitchen and cooking facilities, LCD TV and DVD player and chargeable cabled internet access. All linen and towels are provided, and the apartments are serviced weekly. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be purchased separately in the adjacent building.
All apartments are located on the first floor, and are accessible by lift. For your convenience we operate a dedicated 24-hour reception.
Located within easy walking distance of the New Town and all tourist attractions (including the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and the National Museum of Scotland), these apartments provide an excellent base for a short or long stay in Edinburgh.

One night stay over
Appartment was very clean and extremely modern which was excellent. I only stayed one night, for which it was ideal, but I think for a longer stay it might be a bit too small for a couple. However saying that if I was to return, for a short stay again, I would go back. Its really central, short walk from the station and easy access to shops, galleries, museums etc. Ideal for a single person as it felt safe and secure.

Great for the adventurous...
We planned on spending all our time out, so we needed a bed, a bathroom, and a minimal kitchen to cook in. Richmond Place is in a great location for hiking to the Royal Mile or Princess Street for shopping, catching a bus to other locations, or getting to Waverly Station for a train. It's in a student dorm for post grads at Edinburgh University, and actually very quiet. If you want nice accommodations with a truly self-catered experience, this is the place! Would stay there again, but take a washcloth the next time!

A lovely place to stay. Different
A lovely place to stay. Different and funky and so close to the centre (10 minute stroll to the Royal Mile). Park at Easi Parks in St Leonards St which is only 5 minutes walk.
