The elegant rooms have a large seating area and a luxury bathroom. The 3-star apartments offer compact self-catering facilities with a microwave, tea and coffee facilities and a refrigerator. Some have wonderful rooftop views. Overlooking Queen Street Gardens, Please Note:Check in time is from 15:00-18:00. Check-in and key collection for the apartments is at the head office located 4 miles away from the hotel at: 6 Queen Street, New Town, Edinburgh, EH2 1JE. Please note that this is only the location of the office and that you will be supplied with the directions and keys to your apartment. Holyrood Park and Palace can be reached in 20 minutes. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station is a 10-minute walk away, and St James Shopping Centre is just half a mile away. The hotel has no smoking policy. Check in is from 3pm to 6pm. Reception closes at 6pm. Late check ins can be arranged at no extra cost.
