Wonderful blend of traditional and modern in this delightful Edinburgh hotel

Norton House Hotel and Spa is set just a little outside the city of Edinburgh, which only adds to its charm. It has been sympathetically decorated in a traditional style to suit the age of the building; the newer parts of the structure feature a more modern décor. The hotel has 83 guestrooms and those in the older parts of the property are furnished in a country mansion style. Several areas are available for corporate meetings, weddings and other special functions. Norton House Hotel and Spa is ideal for both business and leisure guests looking for a place to relax.

Norton House Hotel and Spa offers a choice of several sized rooms to suit all guests’ needs. The junior suite is a split-level duplex that has a separate lounge area. Classic rooms are available with double or twin beds and the deluxe and executive rooms both come with double beds. The executive rooms have lovely views across the garden area or nearby woodland. Room amenities include television, DVD and CD players, Internet access and 24-hour room service. Business guests may find the secretarial service and the use of audiovisual equipment helpful if they are trying to prepare a presentation for a meeting or to organise an event. There is a fitness center and spa for guests to use and for added peace of mind the hotel also has a doctor on call in case of emergencies.

Great hotel with great facilties

Great hotel with great facilties in a nice setting. Outside Edinburgh but very close to airport and main road links to travel throughout Scotland. Staff friendly and helpful. Price through this website made it even better.

A good hotel, starting to need

A good hotel, starting to need the odd new carpet or 2 but fantastic facilities, great restaurant and friendly. Only downside is the £13 taxi to the nearest railway station!

The hotel is usually out of my price range but a special deal through [Website] made it possible to stay. The hotel is superb as is the cuisine. Recommended.
