Located in Edinburgh's Old Town, these refurbished 4 star properties are the perfect accommodation for your visit to Edinburgh. Well situated for Edinburgh University, Surgeons Hall, the Old Town and only minutes away from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.
We operate nine self catering apartments, all completely refurbished and equipped to a very high standard. These apartments also carry a 4 Star quality rating from Visit Scotland.
As well as being beautifully appointed our apartments all have superb hotel standard linen, bath and hand towels as standard, LOccitane toiletries and unbeatable locations in the centre of Edinburgh.

- Charming studio apartment for up to 2 guests, with fully fitted kitchen and shower room. This top floor (no lift) apartment is fully equipped, very well furnished and a perfect hideaway for your visit to Edinburgh.
Nicolson Apartments do not have an office on-site at the apartments' location. To check in, you must go to the office at 375 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1PW. This office is open from 09:30 until 20:00. If you are arriving after 20:00, you must contact Nicolson Apartments to make other arrangements.

Good value family accommodation
Good accommodation for small family everything we needed was provided. Only downside was distance from city centre which was a good 10 -15 min walk. Other than that is was perfect would recommend to my friends.
