- All guests are required to provide a valid credit or debit card upon arrival to be used as a guarantee for incidentals such as phone calls and any damages.
- Photographic identification must also be provided that matches the name on the card. In the event that a guest does not have a credit or debit card, then a 50 GBP ($82 USD) cash deposit shall be required. This will be returned upon check out once the apartment has been inspected.
