Visit Home

Friendly and helpful staff. Room a little on the small side but clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent location for us as very close to Haymarket station and also only a 15 minute walk from Princes Street. Food and drink prices in the hotel are expensive compared to other local bars and restaurants. However, as Edinburgh is my home town I know where to go and where not to go. Would I stay there again? Yes!

NYE

The hotel was really nice overall, beautiful, comfortable room except that our room had zero internet service which was a large inconvenience. Shower pressure was pretty bad but other than that no negatives to say. The walk to Princes St is actually about 20 minutes not 10 like the website says. The food in the hotel's restaurant and from room service was of good quality and not overly priced at all

Arrived at hotel early to be pleasantly surprised to be able to check into rooms immediately. Front staff excellent, efficient and very helpful in providing information and taxis. Location to rail network allows walking to hotel from Haymarket Station. Rooms clean and give basic range of toiletries. Would definately use again.

Great hotel

Its a fantastic hotel which is just a ten minute walk to Princes Street (the main shopping street) and castle etc, it is a little bit out but its cheaper than staying in the centre and the ten minute walk is nothing, would definitely go back there.

A reasonable hotel in a good location.

A reasonable hotel in a good location. Room was on the small side but if only looking for somewhere to sleep it is fine. Staff were helpful and the restaurant was more than adequate.

Great location, friendly staff, clean ro

We were touring Edinburgh and just stayed the last night before departing. The hotel was quite modern, staff was helpful, and the room was pretty quiet even though it was on a main street. We didn't avail ourselves of a gym or pool--I don't even know it it had either. The location was great--close to a major train station and bus stops. I'd certainly go there again and would recommend it to others.
