There are two building-parts to this hotel. Behind the antiquarian look there is contemporary structure housing the rooms away from everyones view on high street. I personally stayed there because Ralph Vaughan Williams gave concerts there in his
day. I walked around the old part of the hotel. I can not say anything about breakfast but the service was polite and good. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. I had a good sleep. If you want the old hotel make inquiries, I was content with everything. Very recommendable in place in the center of Dorking.
