Stayed at this hotel only for one night due to its great location to the local airport, it had direct connection to terminal ... a 5 minute walk to check in. The rooms and entire hotel was immaculate and the staff was professional and very friendly went out of their way to answer questions and help you get to what ever you desired to do, will definitely stay there again whenever I have to fly out of Gatwick airport. This is a first class hotel with a very good price for the area.

if your flying out of gatwick it's perfect especially if your flight is anytime in the morning to early afternoon. was able ... to arrange shuttle transportation inexpensiveley to the terminal we flew out of which was different then the terminal the hotel was located in and got there quickly. the bar is the best out of all options in the lobby it's huge and provides intimate somewhat quite areas where you may have a few drinks and carry on a conversation with out fighting noise. thanx for the great rate [...]

If you want to eat well and inexpensively, walk a few moments to the terminal and pick up food at the Marks & Spencer. They have great stuff at excellent value.

Directly connected to the Gatwick North terminal - well when the reconstruction work is finished. A short walk anyway. Great ... for an overnight connection to an early flight. I've stayed in this hotel a few times and been satisfied. This time I tried the Asian restaurant and was surprised by the high quality. Try the Cantonese dishes. Only complaint is the high cost of Internet service (GBP 15/24 hours). Yes, many hotels have sorted out you are desperate. But I make choices with this in mind.

The hotel is super convenient, being right at the airport, and the price was really low. The room was very clean and ... modern. I have never seen such spotless bathroom - so much so that I took a long bath there.

We needed to stay near London Gatwick for a flight out in the morning. The hotel itself is very nicely appointed for an ... airport hotel, lived up to the Sofitel reputation. The staff was very courteous and gave us invaluable information on how to get into London for much less money than the Gatwick Express would have been. The only downside was a fairly small workout room. Also, if you wanted to be in London proper, this would not be an ideal location, however, for our purposes, it was perfect.
