Town center hotel close to shopping/entertainment. 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport. 10 minutes from Golf Course. 10 minutes from Leisure Centre. 25 minutes from Lingfield Race Course. 5 minute walk to train station. 45 minutes to London on train. 30 minutes to Brighton. 45 minutes to Bluewater. On site bar and restaurants.

the hotel was extremely ...

the hotel was extremely run-down. The renovations were in process, but even so, the building had an unkept feel and unsafe feel as well. Our room was located on the 2nd floor way in the back. Walking to it didn't even feel safe - and the hallway lights weren't even on. Once in the room the carpet was threadbear and the curtains were stained and dirty. The wood frame of the windows was rotted through, so air and other things or critters could get in the room. The sheets were clean - but that is the only thing that I can say felt clean about the room or the hotel. when I asked the hotel clerk if this was a safe hotel - he just laughed and said I think so. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.
