disappointing

Every few years we try this hotel again because of its great location, this time it was worse than ever. Never book a City or Club room unless you like to be in a linen closet. TV didn't work in two rooms, toilet didn't flush in one of the rooms. Food was average at best. If you have a free wine deal do not get the red, it is totally undrinkable.

Unimpressed

First room nothing worked. Not even a working phone to call front desk to complain. Second room we finally had the sea view we had booked and paid for but only one remaining night stand lamp and it did not work. Staff was lovely and tried hard to cope with broken down facility. Would not recommend!

Family with an infant

We asked for a bed Cot in advanced, but when we arrived they said that it is not available. However, we made a complain and the manager sorted out finally. The reception asked us about convient time for dinner and we chose the late available time but when we were there even earlier than that time, most food were ran out or it was cold. The breakfast was excellent. The mattress was so soft that I got backache in the morning. The floor was so noisy that we didn't dare to walk in the room after the baby slept! The location was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly.
