The hotel has been family run for over 4 generations. Nivens Health Club is available for all our guests from 0600 - 2200 daily. There are 3 gymnasiums, a poolside bar, jacuzzi, squash court, sauna, hair salon, beauty and massage. This is a lovely hotel with an excellent location and perfect for those who want to visit Blackpool without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle. (GW 10/2008) The exterior of the building has large colonial columns with pitched slate rooms, and is illuminated at night with a blue halogen glow. The hotel is situated on St Annes seafront overlooking the Irish Sea and beaches. Located approximately 1 mile away from Blackpool airport and 2 miles from Blackpool. The recently renovated St Annes Square is only a stones throw away from the main shopping precinct.

- The Vettrianos Restaurant is open for early breakfast from 07:00 -09:30 and dinner is served between 19:00-20:30. The restaurant is beautiful and modern in design with a contemporary feel, serving good quality home cooking and is popular with tourists and locals alike. Newly opened for 2007/8, Caffee Lingerie is the other restaurant offering a selection of indivdually priced dishes and open all day from 10.00am offering a wide choice from tea cakes and crumpets to full meals.
