Hotel is is idealy located for black pool town centre and the tower only a 5 to 10 min walk away. Hotel is in the seafront with its own private carpark. The reception staff where very helpful and friendly with my requests .
For starters, our room was nothing close to what is represented on their website. The door to the room could not even open all the way because it hit the bed - - the room was that small. We soon noticed that the sink was backing up into the
shower causing a smell that can only be described as "putrid." The night manager tried to "plunge" it for nearly half an hour (by now it was well past midnight) and then announced that he had no other rooms but we could use the bathroom down the hall. His solution was to spray the room with air freshener. No compensation was offered other than a breakfast that was as bad as the room. At these prices the least they could have done was to refund some of the room cost. Stay away!!!!!
