The Hotel is within walking distance of the NEC. The Hotel is also within walking distance to Birmingham Airport and Birmingham train station. The Hotel is only a Mile from M42 junction. A park and fly service is available. There are 166 modern en-suite bedrooms. Free high speed internet access in every room. A bar and lounge area and a restaurant. LCD TVs in every room with 16 TV channels. All rooms include modern facilities such as a contemporary ensuite shower room with invigorating power shower, a work area, tea and coffee making facilities. Pets Accepted for a fee of 10.00 GBP per day. Outdoor Parking available for a fee of 7.00 GBP oer day. Children 17 and under stay for free.

Good place - basic but good hotel

Simple but very effective rooms, staff very helpful and polite. Walking distance to Birmingham International and the NEC. I have stayed in worse places for a lot more money. Recommended

Ramada Encore

Modern room lots of style

The location was a bit dissapointing as we had hoped to be closer to the LG Arena than we actually were. We had a fair walk from the train station because a connecting tunnel had been closed off! To be fair, if the tunnel was open, a 15 minute walk was all. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was a good size and comfortable. My only gripe was that the walk-in shower had no door or curtain which resulted in a very wet bathroom!

A recommended location for Birmingham

A recommended location for Birmingham City centre, as only ten minutes approx by train and no parking problem. Would use again

Very disappointed.

The lobby was Spartan, cold & unwelcoming. Only two small chairs & a small table in lobby. Had to wait 3 hours for a suitable room to be made up. Lighting terrible in rooms. Glad we only stayed one night. Would not recommend this hotel.
