Cold experience

The room was very cold, and efforts to work the heating controls manually failed to produce results. I slept in a sweater etc. I was half alsleep and did not call for help; however it is worth noting that, when entering this room from a comfortably warm corridor, there was a noticeable cold feeling in the room. This began at the windows where, in spite of double glazing (not really adequate for cold conditions) it was really cold. I stayed in European hotels the night before and the night after , and the difference was really remarkable.
