Great location and lovely staff
Fabulous staff, lovely breakfast and central location. The room was great and very clean but our room was over where the bootlegs etc where kept outside so was an early rise and quite noisey with oil boiler or something like that all nite. But overall staff well made up for this.

Enjoyed trip
We stayed here for 3 nights and were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the breakfasts were lovely. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, near the train station and shops. First time holidaying in Belfast and everyone we met was friendly. The only thing I would like would be some sort of a games room for the younger folk with maybe a pool table.

Short walk from hotel
We ate at Nandos because it was a short walk and the kids loved the food and free refills.

Business Trip
Experience marred by the charge of £5 per hour for wi-fi use by guests, lack of amenities such as a complimentary bottle of water in the room, and the evening meal - Irish Stew and red cabbage - which was tasteless, followed by apple and plum crumble - where were the plums? I won't choose this hotel again.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Parking in a lot just down the street saved us money instead of using the hotel valet service.

Great Location Hassle Free
Everything was great except there wasn't enough toilet paper in the room upon arrival and after the two days it was gone even though the room had been cleaned it was not re stocked.

Nice getaway
we arrived in Belfast by train. Jury's was just a short hop from the station, when we got hungry eating establishments were right across the street and the heart of Belfast was within walking distance. Anything you wanted was available just a few steps from ourndoor. Breakfast was included with our room and that was a great deal. I would rcommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value.

Great location
Room was fine but could hear disco music from downstairs, also late revellers made quite a noise after 3:30 am.Food was very average. Dining room leaves a lot to be desired . Breakfast is very much self-service even to getting your own cutlery etc. I would not stay on a bed & breakfast basis again . I found the hotel to be poor value for money, location made up for this somewhat.

Drab
Very drab, very basic and lacking amenities like a decent towel, wireless reception beyond "fair" and a gym of even the most basic kind. Also just unspeakably drab and dull in every way. Pluses: The staff was quite helpful and really vested in your trip and the location great--although most everything in Belfast is close together. If you are one of those people who REALLY doesn't care about your hotel, have at it--it's clean and there's a bed. That's about it.

Sightseeing tip:
Long walk from hotel
Belfast has nice public buildings but this is what makes it unique: the ability to see before your eyes what the conflicts there were about. TAKE THE TIME to walk through the neighborhoods and find out about the murals that symbolize "the troubles," which officially ended in 1998 but simmer today. There are still divided neighborhoods (as in "peace walls" literally dividing peoples) and paramiltary murals are still being painted (mostly by the Ulster Defense peoples, although Catholics are still actively putting up their own murals.) It's amazing and interesting to talk to people about a conflict--and important to LISTEN to every perspective. I put "long walk" because these neighborhoods are within walking distance of the center, but you could also try a Black Taxi tour, which specializes in tours of the conflict areas. If I could do it again, I would research a guide who has studied this area deeply.
