Winchester Deluxe Hotel Apartments

It was my first holiday, on my own, and I am so glad that I was with this hotel. Not only was my stay comfortable, they made me feel very welcome and were always friendly and extremely helpful. Made my holiday a million times better. Only thing I would change is maybe extending the breakfast time to 11, rather than 10. Allows me to catch up on some much needed beauty-sleep. Apart from that, it was by far the best hotel I have stayed at.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from Al Karama metro station. The hotel also provide a shuttle service to Dubai Mall, Jumera beach and Meena Bazar which was great. There is a supermarket close to the hotel which is useful for every day essentials. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had all the equipment required. In the bathroom a hair dryer is also provided which is very useful. I would definatley stay there again with any hesitation.

location on edge of old town is good, metro close by which is convenient for dubai mall and marina, taxis to and from hotel are reasonable - very convenient for etihad pick up for abu dhabi airport

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Had booked a double bedroom but upon arrival, received a ONE bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and tea making facilities stocked efficiently. The only point I would complain about was the food at breakfast time. There was not much variety. The location was excellent, taxis always available outside and metro 5 minute walk . Hotel has free shuttle to few shopping plaza. Would stay again and also recommend to friends and family but wi fi only in lobby.

Of a trip to Morocco where we stayed in 6 different places over 17 days this hotel was the only disappointment and the only time we felt misled by the picture and hotel description. The pictures have been taken of the few shiny area around the hotel, the rest of the hotel is old and dated and in need of repair and clean. But most disappointing was the attitude of the front desk staff who could not have been more disinterested or less helpful to us if they tried. They were happier to converse with one another than to pay attention to the customer standing in front of them. A real let down.

staff very helpful with early arrival finding room before 14.00 hours. Rooms were very big and very clean. very efficient with all your needs. No bar but some good sports bars a few minutes away. Breakfast very filling but for me unusual! We planned to go to Meydan race course, but it caused a problem as it was unknown to the local cabbys,. but again with the help of the staff we were sorted and enjoyed a nights racing. Will def go back already looking at dates for later in the year

good location, large apartments, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, Safe box, very dirty curtains average breakfast and a small selection service good the rooftop pool with fantastic views of the skyscrapers and the Burj Khalifa. Free internet in the lobby, in the rooms you have to pay free sauna and gym

Die Poolanlage auf der Terrasse war top, mit Aussicht auf Dubais Skyline. Pool sehr sauber, mit genügend Liegestühlen. Apartment relativ gross mit Küche, Stube und grossem Schlafzimmer sowie kleinerem Balkon. Shuttle Service stand täglich zur Verfügung für an den Strand und Shopping Mals. Super Unterkunft genossen während 1 Woche! Nur zum empfehlen für ein kleines Budget!!!!

What i really don't like is all the personnal, they are not honnest, they only like to charge for you something, like internet and they told me the taxi to drop me to airport only for 40 AED in fact i paid 100 AED !!!! and he broke my laguage.....
