I enjoyed everything about this
I enjoyed everything about this hotel until two days to my checkout date when i was told i was being charged for breakfast which wasn't stated in my booking,i really think rates to go should check properly with the hotel's management to avoid embarrassment next time. I'd love to stay there again but only with proper arrangement.

Good hotel, misleading information
[...]We did find the hotel to be well located -- but only one taxi driver was able to find it without great difficulty. We stayed 9 days, and after several meandering taxi rides, we discovered it was easier to ask for the Taj Palace -- well-known by taxi drivers, and only a block from the Versailles.All that being said, we did have an enjoyable experience staying at this hotel. Most of the staff were very helpful, and the on-site restaurant served good food (including vegetarian and vegan options)and was reasonably priced. If we find ourselves in Dubai again, we will probably return to the Versailles Hotel -- but NOT on the Versailles Club Floor!

Short walk from hotel
There is a Metro stop just around the corner from the Versailles Hotel. The Metro is clean, efficient, and inexpensive. It runs directly to the Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.

Staying at 3. flor, the noise
Staying at 3. flor, the noise from the nightclubs made it impossible to sleep before 3am. Staff was kind and polite, but the breakfast was below avarage. When we arrived, it was late and the reception could not find our booking, and the 3 of us places in a very little room, was not a pleasent start of the holiday. Would not recommend this hotel
