Excellent customer service
The hotel is very close to the airport--about a 10-15 minute drive. There is not too much around the hotel, but there are some super markets and a couple of malls about a 15 minute walk away. It is also a quick cab ride to downtown Dubai, even in traffic. The customer service at Traders hotels cannot be beat. All staff are polite and helpful, without being overbearing. It makes the stay that much better. The gym is also quite nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Value for Money
This hotel is in close proximity to the airport and is great for stop-overs. It is consistently clean, and the service is good. It's above all good value for money given the Dubai comparisons.

Good value
Good hotel. They only complaint is that it a bit far from the Dubai Creek area, bout 15-20 minute walk. For the price it is a good value and would stay there again.
