Good
Hotel was nice however; Room service staff was pestimistic in mornings with trying to get in at certain times to clean even though their were a do not disturb sign". They continuously rung doorbell and call frequently and too often. Also, the customer service desk continued to confuse me with associations to a particular company/group of people. Hotel was convienantly located to Reef Mall. Washer/Dryer took to long to do one load of clothes. But overall it was a good, clean and friendly hotel.

very nice, warm and very clean
very nice, warm and very clean hotel. Staff is very helpfull. There is one shopping mall just across the street and there is also one 24 hour open super market which you can get anything you need. Next time I will stay at that hotel. It is not a luxury hotel but good quality.
